Cathy Nestrik
Cathy is a former Vice President and General Counsel of a Fortune 500 business where she founded her company’s diversity and inclusion initiative. She is the co-host of the Parity Podcast which offers concrete solutions for women and male allies to accelerate gender parity. Cathy helps organizations with their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies, and is a frequent speaker on topics such as how to build inclusive cultures, how to recognize and disrupt unconscious bias, and how male allies can make impact. She is a member of the SPE DEI Advisory Board for the manufacturing industry, the Evansville YWCA Racial Justice Committee, and the Evansville Bar Association Board of Directors.
Christine Barnhart

Christine Barnhart is the VP of Product Strategy and Go-to-Market for Verusen, a supply chain technology startup, leading a new era of supply chain by shifting the landscape of how global organizations approach their materials management strategy and challenges. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and others within the organization, as well as customers, she is tasked with ensuring that Verusen is delivering market-leading innovation to our customers.
Prior to Verusen, Christine was the Senior Director of Product and Industry Market Strategy for Infor’s supply chain solutions. Christine brings over 20 years of expertise in manufacturing, purchasing and planning from companies including Berry Global, Mead Johnson Nutrition, and Whirlpool. In 2021 and 2018, she was recognized as one of the Top Women in Supply Chain by Supply and Demand Chain Executive. Christine has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Evansville and completed her MBA with distinction at the University of Louisville.
She is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through APICs (ASCM) and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Abstract, Airspace, Demandbase, Extole, Lever, Namely (observer), Narvar (observer), Textio and Verusen. Prior board positions include HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS), Bizible (Acq: Marketo), and Vitrue (Acq: Oracle). Stacey also originated investments in ExactTarget, acquired by Salesforce, and Omniture, acquired by Adobe.Stacey is a founding member of All Raise and an advisor to The University Growth Fund. Prior to Scale, Stacey specialized in M&A within Bank of America’s Corporate Development Group, worked in equity research at Morgan Stanley and began her career as an account manager at Syntel.Stacey holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from The University of Michigan.

Previously, Meyers served as Chief Marketing Officer of cybersecurity leader Rapid7, LogMeIn, and Unica Corporation, and was the VP of sales for Shiva Corporation. Meyers played executive roles in four successful IPOs, helping to grow companies from early stage to half of billion dollars in revenue.
