As CEO, Scott leads day-to-day operations alongside Founder Paul Noble. Scott brings 16 years of leadership experience to Verusen.
Previously, Scott was CEO of MRP, the Philadelphia, PA-based global provider of predictive customer acquisition software and services. Before joining MRP, Scott was CEO of CrowdTwist Inc. for four years. Scott successfully negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts with Fortune 500 accounts while repositioning the go-to-market strategy for CrowdTwist’s customer loyalty SaaS solution. During Scott’s tenure, the company rapidly scaled sales achieving 728% overall revenue growth, delivered strong business performance, and was acquired by Oracle in a multimillion-dollar deal in 2019. Earlier, Scott held senior-level roles in technology, sales, and SaaS companies.

As Founder, CSO of Verusen, Paul Noble oversees the company’s vision and strategic direction. He has extensive experience in the industrial supply chain and distribution space, as he was recognized as a Supply Chain Pros to Know by Supply and Demand Chain Executive in 2021, 2022, & 2023.
Prior to founding Verusen, Noble spent over a decade with The Sherwin-Williams Company, where he specialized in supply chain/manufacturing and led its Eastern U.S. Industrial Distribution business unit.
Noble graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee.

As CRO, Jeremiah is responsible for leading the entire sales process, including revenue and sales pipeline creation, market development, and sales operation. Woodford brings over two decades of sales leadership experience in asset-intensive industries, MRO, and supply chains. He previously held leadership positions as CRO IFS EAM and at IBM Consulting as Partner & Global Practice Leader of MRO Inventory Optimization, helping customers provide global visibility to their supply chain and MRO practices.

As CPO, Ross is responsible for product and design, the product portfolio and the customer experience. Ross brings exceptional expertise and industry knowledge in technology products with over 20 years of experience with established and startup companies, drawing on a background in Business Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Product Management. Ross has worked with investors, founders, and management to help strategize and develop company vision, bring products to market, and ultimately take ideas from paper to scaled businesses. Ross was recognized as a Supply Chain Pros to Know by Supply and Demand Chain Executive in 2021, 2022, & 2023.
Most recently, Ross was Senior Vice President, Product, Strategy, and Marketing at RF Code, a leader in industrial IOT and hardware asset management for data centers and supply chains. Before RF Code, Sonnabend served as COO of Univa (sold to Altair in 2020) and was a founding member of Interset Software, a leader in Security Analytics, which was sold to Microfocus in 2019.

As CTO, Marcus has extensive experience in developing scalable, distributed cloud applications (AWS, GCP, Azure) as well as in data, data engineering, and data science (AI, ML, NLP, LLM, GPT).
He has successfully navigated various organizational sizes and stages, co-founding two startups that had strategic exits, spearheading a PE technology turnaround, and growing a SaaS offering from scratch to $100MM+ ARR for a global conglomerate.

As Head of People, Addy oversees employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits with a focus on the overall experience of Verusen employees. Addy will be integral in the execution of Verusen's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic vision. Addy has 5+ years of progressive People Operations experience.
Prior to joining Verusen, Addy was Director, People & Culture at Personify Corp, with several People focused roles at MemberClicks LLC, a membership management SaaS company.
Addy graduated from the University of Washington.
